How to Send My Passord to my HSU student email

Enter your username and then type "send" as your password in the main login boxes at the top of myHenderson. You will be sent to an Invalid Login screen. Make sure your username is still listed in the Username prompt, and then click the "I forgot my password" link.  If it was not listed, just type in your username again before selecting the "I forgot my password" link.  Answer the verification question if you created one previously. After completing these steps, an you will be prompted to send a new password to your Henderson email account. Log into your Henderson Email account at www.outlook.com/reddies.hsu.edu to see the email with the new password. You can also contact the HSU Help Desk at pcsupport@hsu.edu or 230-5678 to receive additional help. 
 
You can then change your password back to the default or another password by logging into myHenderson and selecting the "Personal Info" option to the right of your name.  In the new screen that appears, select the "Password" tab.  Then type your temporary password into the current password box, and then type in your new password into the next two boxes.  After you select the save option, it should display a message that your password was changed toward the top.  Contact the HSU helpdesk if you need assistance with this process.
 
Faculty and Staff: your MyHenderson username is the first part of your email; for instance, if your email address is smithj@hsu.edu, your username to MyHenderson is smithj.  Your password is the same password you use to log in to your computer each day, or your email password.  Contact the Helpdesk if you need to have your password reset.
